Rod Maxwell (SyFy's Face-Off) Creates a Flavor Monster at truth.com booth

As part of a larger tour, truth is visiting more than 80 cities across 31 states this summer and fall. New York Comic Con was the latest stop for the truth crew, where they shared information on truth's new mobile game Flavor Monsters, handed out educational truth gear, and met with thousands of Con fans who toured the truth "45 Flavors" booth.
The truth campaign was launched in February 2000 by Legacy, a national public health foundation that helps prevent youth from smoking and helps all smokers quit. The campaign exposes the tactics of the tobacco industry, the truth about addiction, and the health effects and social costs of smoking. According to a study in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine, the truth campaign was directly responsible for keeping 450,000 teens from starting to smoke during its first four years (2000-2004). The video game Flavor Monsters represents part of the current program efforts.
