Gearbox Software Planning More Borderlands 2 DLC

Borderlands 2 was only released on the 18th of September in North America, however, developer of the game, Gearbox Software are already working on their fifth piece of DLC for the game. Speaking to Kotaku , the CEO of Gearbox Software, Randy Pitchford, revealed that they are working on DLC other than the four downloadable content packs included in the 'Season Pass' offer which gives players four packs of DLC for a discounted price.

The next Borderlands 2 DLC, Mechromancer, is out next month and Randy Pitchford says that "The success of the Mechromancer will help to define [whether or not they make more character DLC]". The fact that such DLC is on the cards shows what support they have for the game, as well as the importance of the community in development decisions.
