The new Sleeping Dogs Night Market website (http://nightmarket.sleepingdogs.net) was recently launched to promote the release of Sleeping Dogs the video game. The site was created by digital agency moreYELLOW (http://www.moreyellow.com), who have recreated a Hong Kong street market scene from the game as a full-screen experiential website for both Flash and HTML5.

Loaded with exclusive content to excite game fans who unlock the special content through their interaction with numerous hot spots throughout the site, clicking around will reveal teasers, special pre-order bonuses, DLC details, and Easter Eggs throughout the site, as well as an exclusive "Takedown" video featuring action-packed gory gameplay.

The site is based upon the criminal underworld scene from the video game, which was recreated by shooting all of the characters on green screen with hand-built custom props, composing them in a custom-built 3D environment. The site features interactive hotspots and characters throughout to make uncovering all of the teaser content fun for the user -- including special video sections featuring vehicle and bike gameplay, martial arts, and hand-to-hand combat, plus special sections on the cops and triads who populate Sleeping Dogs' crime-ridden streets.
