Do any of u guys know what and1 is cos i can't be the only one in this forum.Well if u don't know and1 is streetball plain and simple it started with the and1 basketball shoes and then it moved to the and1 mixed tapes they are tapes of clips and stuff from and1 tours and games.

If u have no idea what i just said and1 is sort of like a basketball team made up of people who play basketball.What i mean by streetball i mean moves that u don't normally see in NBA games like one of the and1 players his nickname is hotsauce he holds the ball behind a guys head and then passes it to one of his friends and if u stil don't understand then go here (http://www.and1style.tk) and go to the streetball clips i don't recommend this for dial up users but u can if u want to.

and 1 is off the hook. i can do alot of the moves they do because i used to watch the tapes like 4 times a week and i used to play ball like everyday. i like streetball better the real basketball because there is more contact and you dont got these players whining about they got fouled to hard.
