lol..just thought id make a quick point about attendances and a certain club in particluar :).

Yes, wimbledon. i went to the game today (wednesday 4-2 wimbledon :D) and i counted how many fans there were. I managed to count a grand total of 40 fans..give or take one or two.

Im sorry but 40 fans is pittifull. i got in the ground, looked at the away stand and just laughed..its a bloody joke..

anyway..i think taking 40 fans to an away match is hilarious..so i just had to hummiliate the wombles :D

cant say ive seen that low an away attendance in a league match, it was more than that when Steaua Bucharest came to us in the UEFA Cup a few seasons back.

Boro away was the lowest attendance ive seen when Villa have been the away team, we took about 400 fans down all together, not surprising seeing as it was a tuesday night, a 4 hour coach ride and the Villa hadnt won away all season (and scored only 2 goals away all season before that game). More fool the muppets who didnt foresee the 5-2 win.

Arsenal fans. They are shocking. Not talking about attendance wise, because for some reason they have a lot of support, but they have no atmosphere, and it is as if they are scared to shout

The smoggies.

They have a shocking set of supporters in my opinion, it takes quite a lot for their to be a capacity crowd at the fake Riverside and the capacity is only ****ing 35,000. I guess that they almost die of lack of oxygen in there but they should be able to cope with that to watch their team.

The crowds at Sunderland this season have been pretty ****e as well. As well as the ****e attendances, the people that turn up haven't got behind the team this season, just basically thrown insults at them and ****. This is one of the reasons why we are going down, most of our supporters are so ****ing fickle it's unbelieveable!

Our away support is quality, we have had over 3,000 fans at virtually all of our away games this season.

I remember a league cup game a few years back between the smoggies and Wimbledon where the crowd was bordering on the ridiculous (around 1,500 or even less... I can't remember) but what I do remember is that Rodney Marsh (I was watching the badly named "Soccer Saturday" that day) was doing the match summary thingy and he almost went to sleep because NOTHING happened until extra time.

Wednesday fans are quality. weve always got behind the team and our away support is fantastic. We always fill away stands and sing all the time. hell..against wimbledon the attendance was still above 17,000 even withot any wombes there. Thats compared to the pigs who usually struggle to get 15,000..and there pushing the playoffs..

ill still be getting a season ticket next season, whichever division well be in.

Once I went to a US National Team game in Jacksonville, FL and there was a grand total of 27 people. It was amazing because all the people were sitting in the same area so there a huge sea of teal all over. Also, the were calling out seat numbers to win a car and they had to keep choosing a different seat.

I didn't win.
