It only does it for "Active Users" too, so hopefully it shouldn't become too annoying (as repeated birthday threads do).

Oh, my birthday has been great. I went to sleep 'round 8am, woke up 'round 7pm, still sick as a dog. Now I'm sitting on my computer drinking Vanilla Coke and coughing some more. Party!
