I had a dry spot recently where I had no kind of gaming 'thing' at all. I sold my XBOX 360 for various reasons, and I sold my DS for one reason (It's crap).

So All I had were two laptops. One mid-range system that could handle 70% of games, and one basic one which could handle about 40% of games. Gaming on a laptop just doesn't work though.

So yeah. I went through a few months without doing gaming.

So then some MORON shows me his brand new PS3 and I start...

Probably everywhere, but England particularly is pretty dreadful right now. Everythings so slow, in all areas of business.

Work is so dull lately.. we've got some idiot competitors making little or no profit just to get customers. It's sad.. Everyones really struggling.

Lets hope it gets better.

I know I'm not meant to moan, but people really are dim. Maybe it's just my area (Manchester), but most people in general have no idea of what things cost or what goes into work and stuff.

For instance, I say we have a 125mbps USB WLAN Card.

"How much?"

19.95

And they go, "WHAT?! Thats expensive".

But it just isn't. Go to PC World and ask for a USB WLAN Card. They'll give you a 54Mbps Belkin Pile of Arse. In fact,...

I gotta admit, I've not always liked this place. I'm still a little weary of it now, but I know Andy can do good stuff, and Rich seems pretty into it.

I say good job on the design. The code is (Amazingly, for GU of all places) very good. Theres a few MINOR things that kick it out of XHTML Validation (Not closing some tags etc) but otherwise it's good.

I'm all up for helping out. I'll be throwing suggestions and reporting issues to Andy as they come to me. It's just...
