Don't waste your time. I been a over a week being belittled by DarkArtist69. 2 years playing and I find something missing in my city, support refused to do anything so I told them off and got a permanent ban. You can only get ahead by paying, and it is not cheap. Do yourself a favor and dont invest your time or money, as if you ever disagree with a staff member you will be permanently banned and then you are required to beg for forgiveness.
